Hi
Has anyone tried XPEL RX Antimicrobial film to protect the car's two touch screens?
thanks
When my shop did the XPEL Prime XR Plus tint I had asked them if they could make some sort of screen protection and they were supposed to get back to me on a price but never did. I'm going to follow up with them later today. Did you ever end up getting your two touch screens protected? And if so then what was the cost for that service where you had it done so I could compare against the shop that has worked on my Air GT? Thanks...

My XPEL shop says they don’t recommend the RX product. They also said they would not recommend anything that requires a wet application since it could damage the screen.
At the moment I’ve done nothing for the screens.

It's so 🤬 irritating that you can't seem to get any aftermarket accessories for this car from anywhere. I've tried reaching out to the Usual Suspects that love pumping out Tesla aftermarket products but they keep giving me the: We're working on it, but have no idea as to what or when. I just don't think they believe that they demand is going to be high enough for them to draw a decent ROI especially with R&D having to play a financial role in that decision. But here's another thing that irks me. Why TF doesn't Lucid have the All Weather mats, fob covers, trunk mats, etc. already made and ready to order BEFORE the start delivering their cars. Or at least give one of the BIG Tesla Aftermarket Manufacturers first dibs on making their aftermarket products to coincide with their expected deliveries. I would GLADLY take point on that and be on my way to earning Millions in revenue within 2-4 years with the right Marketing in place. Anyway, very frustrating that I can't even get a set of high quality All Season Mats that will cover the entire footwell area like the WeatherTech products. Just give them either a Prototype for a few days while their lasers complete their exact measurements, or give them extremely accurate interior schematics to the point where they may not even need to use their laser measuring tools to at least make a few Initial All Weather Mats. WeatherTech sends these mats to Lucid to verify fitment and them BAM. Problem solved.... Mic Drop
