Hey @EFF welcome to the forum! To listen to Tidal your phone needs to be connected for it to work. Which Air model are you planning on buying?
Thanks.
Just took delivery of Touring.
Signed up Tidal hifi+, very cumbersome.
Doesn't make sense to use phone to work an app installed in car, might as well just stream.
very nice delivery experience but Lucid people not clear on how system works; we're used to Tesla with Slacker in which the onboard app DLs the music over the LTE.

Tidal Hi-Fi+ works great for me on my GT. The sound is vastly better than I used to get on my Tesla S. I don't find it cumbersome at all. And yes, you do need your phone, but it works off the car's interface entirely. I've pre-loaded hundreds of albums on the phone (while I'm at home, not in the car). If you play the "master" versions, the sound is as good as being in recording studio. Quite sensational.
