When would that be, as an event I'd remember or see in my emails?When was your order finalized??
I confirmed my deposit and stepped up to "order" on Nov 9 2021 like the image shows. (I put down the deposit in August 2020.)
Yes, thx. Was trying to clarify the date you signed off on your order…which is the date your reservation $$ became non-refundable. I’ve been told that.production is prioritized by this order date, along with some geographic/shipping considerations. I got the email during the night of 11/8, and acted on it when I woke up in the morning of the 9th. I suppose you probably put down a deposit just a few days after I did but they are moving slowly on production and waited to contact you for finalizing?Yes, thx. Yes, there was a period of a few months betw my initial reservation/deposit and the date I was asked to finalize my order (and deposit became non-refundable). I was told delivery would be 2-4 mos after order date. I’ve been skeptical of that but maybe they’ll surprise me favorably!! 🤞
The are also doing color batching. The first ones being delivered are all reds.Yes, thx. Hey, great! Mine is also to be Quantum Grey, order finalized 12/15/21, coming to SC. Keep in-touch! Lucid still promising (but not guaranteeing) 2-4 mos delivery from date of finalized order. Quantum Grey is/was my second choice! In the end, I decided I really wanted the Mojave interior, and that it would would look better with the red exterior. (I'm of the opinion that you should get the interior you want because that is the view of the car you will see most!)

I received a similar call this past weekend for the same exact car config you ordered, saying it's due to leave the factory soon. Waiting for the call that it's shipped and they want to be paid! They told me shipping time to Houston is 2 days. But then I'm sure they prep it before delivering it to my home.My Lucid guy called me again this week and told me my car should ship out in the next week.
