Software update question

Either in the car or on the app, there should be a button you can tap and it’ll open up a browser with the relevant details. Sometimes its possible to search with the update number.

Just received my car on 4/14/23. How do you even know if you receive an update?

on the setting wheel on the lower display a little white dot appears to let you know you have an update. Also on the phone app, the shield shows the same small white dot letting you know there is an update available.

Thanks. Car is in the shop getting tint and ceramic coating. Can't check it! Looked at the phone APP and the shield is blank. Perhaps it updated automatically? Do you know how to tell if you have all the updates? Thanks, Dom

If the dot is there, you have a waiting update, if not, there is no update. Both phone and lower panel work the same. You can look up the latest update on web site. https://www.lucidupdates.com/update-tracker.html
