On our third day of driving our new air we had a significant safety issue. The front passenger door would not completely close after my wife got in. Then the door was ajar but would not open or close. The door safety release would not work. My wife had to climb over front console to get out

We had a similar locking problem…the driver’s door would NOT open and safety release didn’t work. Terrifying experience.
