I was up in houston at the service and delivery center and I asked the same thing. I live WAY down south. They will deliver via a car transporter and a Lucid employee will come and go over the car with you according to the salesman I spoke to in Houston.

They ship from Houston on a third party transport - and a Lucid employee flys from CA or AZ - and meets the driver - then walks you through the entire car. It's really impressive.
