Hello, just joined the forum, BIG AL.
I have my order in for a 2022 Lucid Air GT, my question is this: I'm so used to Sirius XM will not live without it in my cars. I believe Lucid does not offer SXM and after reading many not so positive reviews about Apple Car Play don't want to go in that direction! Does anybody know if you can attach a Sirius XM Direct Adapter (Part # FMDA25) to your existing Lucid radio and will work like a factory install?

Welcome to the forum @BIG AL! Is that the adapted that plugs into the aux port or does it have a USB? I can't say I've seen anyone try it out. I know the Air has USB ports in the center console but I'm not sure about an aux port.

It looks like it plugs into the radio behind the dash but if the radio isn't compatible with SXM it won't work! I saw online that Tesla also didn't offer SXM but now have a software update (2021.32.10) where the XM App shows on the radio selection face like a $23,000 Hyundai. I guess the software also offers Immersive Sound, keeping up with the Jones (Lucid)?
