I have a 2020 Tesla Model X. Admittedly I will miss the summon function and I love the gull wing doors.

I REALLY wish they would permit massage seating on other models too. But none of these are deal breakers.

But someone else on the forum said it best, the interior is a lot like a mid range Chevy. And, customer service is non-existent, was never prioritized by Tesla. While I haven't had any serious problems, I want the assurance that the company will be responsive to me when I need it.

And the car is stinking beautiful!

Tesla's interiors have always been bland to me. and the fact that it's barely changed/updated after all these years doesn't help.

Have you had a chance to sit inside an Air? If not you're going to be in for a treat for how nice it is inside.

I have, I took a test drive at Walnut Creek recently. It really is a pretty car. I do wish the suspension was adjustable for entry, as it is quite a low ride. But those are all minor for the overall picture of what this car is…

Have you considered any other EVs?
It looks like Mercedes is really stepping up to the plate.

No I haven’t. I love tech and when I went electric I wanted to go with a company exclusively designing an electric car. Not an afterthought or mod.
And have never been a Mercedes person so…

but we’ll all be electric soon so our options will expand a ton!
