Lucid is going to have a retail strategy similar to Tesla. They're going to be selling the Air through a direct-to-consumer model.
They also plan on building 20 retail locations, aka Lucid Studios, and service centers by the end of 2021. All the locations haven't been revealed yet but 5 of them will be in California, 2 in Florida, 1 in New York and 1 in Virginia.
