Lucid Air Pure Reservation for sale (one of the first reservations in 2020 - arriving first months of 2023)

I have a Lucid Air Pure reservation, locked in at the old price of $77,400, as opposed to the now $10K higher starting MSRP of $87,400. On top of that, I locked in the order before they got rid of the $7500 tax credit, so my car is currently $17,500 less than any car you can order today, and it will be coming within a few months.
I am willing to sell the spot with the tax credit for $8000 (saving you $9500), and I know how to do it in a way that you won't have to pay taxes twice and it'll go directly into your name. Let me if interested.

How can you avoid a double registration ?

Hi, contact me at 917-763-6273 and I'll explain.
I saw the method on another forum/posting but that doesn't change the fact that it is illegal and a misrepresentation.
Not illegal at all. And not a misrepresentation. Please don't reply if you don't know.
I've spoken to Lucid, they have no problem registering the car in any name you want.
According to Lucid representatives, all you have to do it provide the name of the purchaser at the time the car is ordered, which in my case, will be very shortly, and the car will be delivered within a couple of months after that.
So once again, if you're interested in purchasing one without a wait and at a discount, please contact me.
What if the reservation holder does a lease and transfers it? Will that work?

Would you mind posting a link to that discussion here?

I think it was somewhere in the Lucid Owner's forum but not sure where. My recollection is that the poster had provided the Tesla method and claimed that it would work for Lucid.

I don't know if it will work but I still think there are serious potential legal consequences for doing it unless one is doing it in sunlight.
Again, I don't know why you're replying with opinions rather than facts. If you don't know, don't say anything.
What "serious potential legal consequences"?? If they let another person register it, as they said they will, that's it.
You think they have nothing better to do than try to find people who allowed someone to take their reservation? They don't care at all, hence why they told me I can register in any name I want.

If you pretend to be the person who reserved the car to get a discount, when you are not, that is a false representation. I am a former prosecutor so I do know what false representations are.

But if you have approval to do it, or don't misrepresent that you were the original reserver, then you should be okay.
Just refreshing this in case anyone interested...
