I’m having a big problem after the SiriusXM rollout. Okay, I’m not sure Its related, because on first using it was great. But the second time I used the car, and for the last 24 hours, my center display has gone blank and the only thing that shows on the top center screen is “SiriusXM”. the Navi, 🎵, Profile and Home menu options all not showing. Unable to access any menu at all and my key fobs and parking cameras won’t work. I’ve tried hard and soft resets with no luck. The car is drivable, and the left cockpit screen is working.

Note this isn’t satellite radio. It’s an app that relies on your cellular networks

Mine worked great for the first few days, now SXM no longer works. Hope they get this resolved soon.

I had a similar issue. Both my Pilot Panel and the upper right screen went dark. Fortunately, my center screen was Ok so I could drive to my service center. They did a complete reset by connecting a computer to the car and that seems to have resolved the issue ... we'll see. Also, when I used Sirius I had numerous issues ...lost all sound on every media, Spotify was inoperable, could not stop a song or change the volume, and when I selected an FM station both radio and Sirius played simultaneously. I have decided for now anyway not to use/play anything on Sirius until LUCID comes out with a fix. BTW, you can play Sirius if you have a subscription ...use Bluetooth and the Sirius App.

Log into guest profile for 2 minutes and then log back into your primary profile. That will reset it.

Try going to Setting -->Applications-->SIRIUSXM -->Listener settings -->Reset History. Then return to Music --> SiriusXm-->Categories--> Music.
