Lotus recently trademarked 'Emeya' with the USPTO for what could either be an all-new electric sports car codenamed Type 135 or a new electric D-segment SUV codenamed Type 134. Judging from current Lotus names, I think it's the former.
'Emeya' sounds closer to their upcoming electric four-door coupe 'Envya' than 'Eletre' that is being used on an electric SUV. 'Emeya' also sounds like a spin off of 'Emira' (their ICE sports car) further indicating that Lotus has started working on its electric sports car.
