Not sure if this is acceptable to post (I know people post things like this on Tesla forms), but curious whether anyone is willing to sell their reservation. Pacifically if a person has a reservation with an upcoming delivery.

I am willing to sell my lucid Pure edition reservation

Original Price: $77,400
New Price: $87,400

Difference: $10,000

My asking price: $85,400 ($77,400 + $8000)

I am open to do legal contract to avoid any confusion. Let me know if anyone is interested.

expect delivery in early 2023.

The reservation is in the name of the original reserver. I don't see Lucid honoring a grandfathered reservation in another name. The only way I can see it working would be for the original reserver to actually purchase the vehicle and then sell it to the second party (making it, of course, a used vehicle). I don't see selling a reservation working.

How do you expect it to work?

How do you expect it to work?

I give a buyer my Lucid account credentials. The buyer changes (edits) the account personal information. This method has been successfully used with Tesla reservations.

Willing to sell my Lucid Air Touring Reservation purchased July 2021.

I had a test drive back to July 10th and got Mercedes EQS.
By Sales Representative you will be called within the next couple of months to confirm the order and receive the car in Q4 2022.

The configuration I have cost $99000.
The same configuration now cost $115900.

It will save you some money and months of waiting.

After that, I will just go in and change the account information: name and email address. Then when the car is finally ready they will let me title it in my name.
I was told that it is not permissible.

They know the name of the reserver. If the purchaser is someone else, it will not be brain surgery to figure out that someone was trying to game the system.

I called. Lucid after seeing people trying to sell their. Reservations they told me they are non transferable. Same as tesla.

Hi, i was invited to finalized my Lucid car design and confirme the order. My reservation was made back in August 2021 with ($1K deposit). Since then based price has changed from $95K to $107K. While waiting for Lucid (originally estimated to be delivered in Q2 2022) my Tesla S has arrived.
Is anyone interested in buying my Lucid registration before I finalize design per my liking?

I just got contacted to design/finalize my order for the Luicd Air Pure
Reserved on Aug 7th 2021 so have the 77k vs new 87k price.
Haven't picked the options yet and so if anyone is interested, let me know. Willing to split the cost increase / so you'll be paying 82k vs the current 87k

In these forum there has been much discussion of "trust". Can one trust Lucid to followup on its promises (such as the original price but also range, HP, etc.). Maybe I am different but to me trust works both ways. I think that even if one found a way to do this without Lucid finding out, it is not a good thing to do.

I called lucid after seeing all these posts. They have our names of who put a reservation down. And it is not transferable it has to be in. The name of who made the deposit.

I have a reservation to sell with the older pricing in case someone is interested in buying. I have 8 days to place the order that will honor the older pricing. I have Air Touring (gray) with 20" wheels (old pricing is ~$100K, new pricing is around $127K).

I can sell mine as well. Currently a Pure before the price hike and Lucid will honor original pricing for higher models as well (Touring or GT). Will sell for 3K which saves you a minimum of 7K.

to my understanding from Lucid is that reservations are valid only for the original named person that has made a deposit.
