I still don’t know how they are telling you 6-8 weeks after order confirmation for a Grand Touring. It makes absolutely no sense. They take 2-4 months. When did you place your reservation? Were you so very early that they would move you all the way to the front of the production line once you confirm?

There's no way. He would have been contacted in early November if he was an early reserver. Add that to the fact that they're now telling people 3-5 months and things aren't adding up here ...

Yes, my DP was about 2 years ago but just went back to the email I received asking me to now place my GT order. They did say 2-4 months. My bad…

They have asked customers to confirm all but the most recent reservations on the GTs. However, it appears that they currently have a missing ‘fit and finish‘ part that is slowing deliveries. My order that I confirmed in November with a 2-4 month timeline has now been stated as a 3-5 month (as of this week).

I'm still waiting to confirm my 12/11/21 AGT order (my SA says I should be contacted "soon"), but my SA still estimates 2-4 month for delivery (according to the email she sent yesterday).

Well, every company has a policy against selling reservations. But at the same time there’s really no way they can enforce it. People do it all the time. From my understanding, when people do this, they write up a contract so that both parties feel safe. Then one gives the other the login information. After that, I will just go in and change the account information: name and email address. Then when the car is finally ready they will let me title it in my name.

I have a reservation for a GT I am willing to sell. the market has hit me harder than I expected and so I would rather hold off on ownership. Let me know if you are interested in discussing terms.

the other forum may have more interest so you might try posting there. Unless you have an earlier reservation with an invite to confirm or already confirmed the order. it is likely one could make a GT reservation today and get it close to the same time as yours.

I have a reservation that I’m willing to sell. Having said that, I would do it in a manner that doesn’t violate Lucid policy but protects both buyer and seller.
