It is a spring coil that a supplier installed backwards. They are just fixing the car. Supposedly a quick fix. It is only an issue on a handful of the Dreams, but they need to check those that had that lot of parts.

Thanks for the information, @sandvinsd !. This means the issue is not a major one. Nevertheless, they are doing a good job taking a precautionary approach by checking all those cars. No?

They have been extremely proactive on the service side for those who have their cars (I do not yet. Supposedly I will get my VIN sometime in the middle of next week). That is just what I am hearing through the message boards.
