Mine is showing it exactly where it is, in my garage. It's even correctly showing the direction it is facing.
I had a similar issue but didn’t worry… no one is stealing that car without a fob or your phone.Vehicle left at airport. Lucid app showed its location at the airport. Within 2 days the app no longer was reporting its location. Day 3 it showed my vehicle as being parked about ten miles away in a residential area. I called Lucid and they confirmed it at the same location. I called airport police and they said could take hours to verify if it was missing. I called the PD where the app said the vehicle was parked. They couldn’t locate it. Airport PD said no record of the plate leaving. They eventually located it where I parked it at the airport. Embarrassing as all get out. Completely has made me have no faith in Lucids tracking. Very disappointing. Anyone else have this issue?
You can always check the miles to see if it’s movedI had a similar issue but didn’t worry… no one is stealing that car without a fob or your phone.
I wasn't thinking someone "hot wired" the car. I was more worried that someone disconnected something and stole it on a flatbed. Yes, I know there is a tilt, etc detectors, but if the location function was inoperable maybe that was also. I later found out from airport police that an officer has to respond out to check all vehicles leaving the parking lots that don't have a license plate or are being towed out. Your high parking fees pay for something good. All's well that ends well. You can always check the miles to see if it’s moved
I had the same issue at one point. But after a conversation with Customer Care it was fixed. Maybe you should speak with themFixed itself. Not sure what gremlin (the nasty little creature, not the AMC one. On second thought, maybe it was a Gremlin). It started working again after I drove the car.
It also happened to me a couple months ago while my car was parked at the airport. I opened the app as I was boarding my flight. My car was where it needed to be when I arrived- but I was concerned. Later, I remembered the same thing happened with my 2019 BMW a while back at the same airport.I had a similar issue but didn’t worry… no one is stealing that car without a fob or your phone.
