I see lucid still has on their site getting the $7,500 EV tax credit. Seems congress is trying to pass some legislation that would take away the credit from high MSRP vehicles which lucid would fall under. Assuming one of the proposals does get passed it appears like we would lose out on this. Anyone hear anything else on this?

Unfortunately, it's true. Though it hasn't passed yet, it's likely the Lucid models will not be eligible for the tax credit.

Bummer, as I was really expecting this credit to offset some of the tax-hit I'll take taking funds from my brokerage account when time to finalize my purchase.

Oh well...
