Charging issue
Charged my vehicle for the first time at an electrify America station. The car started making a horrible noise and the noise continued for up to 10 minutes after charging was complete. I almost unplugged thinking the car was going to explode. Has anybody encountered this with their vehicle? I know the fan kick on to cool the battery, but this was really loud with some vibrating and rattling.

Description matches a fan blade clearance issue. Does it happen at your home charger?
it's not unusual for the car to sound like it's a very loud vacuum - deep hum - when the fans kick on high speed to cool the batteries. I'm not sure I'd worry too much about - specifically if it's happening during a charging session vs. something else.
