You know, the car doesn't appear that low. I've owned Jaguars, BMWs, Mitatas.... I've never had an issue scrapping the bottom of the bumper until now. My driveway just isn't that steep.

I can't imagine I'm the only one scrapping up the bottom of the bumper/splitter. But I see no one talking about it.

I'm researching curb ramps now, but the damage is done.

It seems like the available curb ramps are addressing "rolled curbs" but that's not what I have. I can't find a solution for this type of driveway approach, which seems odd, because it is super common. The 2x4 block is for scale -- height is 3.5 inches.

As I remember, the front ground clearance is like 2.8 inches. As I live on a dirt road, that was one reason I cancelled my Lucid order (the other was the undependable EA charging infrastructure). I’m hoping Lucid has success launching the Gravity - that’ll give me the clearance I need, although there’ll still be that EA problem.
If you want a capable off road EV that is a little sporty, you should consider the Jag I-Pace. I had one for a couple of years and loved it. You'd be surprised by its off road hops. Just search for something like "off road I-Pace" on YouTube.

In other news, if you must rely on public infrastructure for your charging needs, you're not a good candidate for an EV. This is not just for your sanity, but for general economics. Aside from the EA gimme, DCFC will probably never be cost competitive with gasoline.
