Alexa used to access my Amazon Prime to play music which was very nice. Suddenly 3 days ago she stopped. She recognizes my request, saying she is going to play the piece I specified (indicating she still does access my Amazon Prime), but then does not play it. Whatever was playing before resumes and she forgets my request.
