Hi, I am in St. Petersburg, FL. I ordered an Air Grand Touring on April 30, Zenith Red, Tahoe, 19". I was told to expect delivery in about 5 months. I am curious to hear others experience on delivery estimate accuracy and build quality. I have owned 4 Teslas. I had a Model S Plaid ordered but canceled it and ordered the AGT after a test drive. Tesla's customer service has degenerated to an unacceptable level. I have had 3 different VIN#s assigned to my account for my most recent order. The first two disappeared without explanation and no one will say why. I could go on, but I am sure there are folks here who understand.

I’m sorry to tell you that I ordered my Air Dream Touring back in November, 2021. Got my VIN about a month ago. Was told my care was finished with production three weeks ago. Thank you for the feedback. I have tolerated a barrage of inaccurate and misinformation from Tesla for the last 4+ months and so I am acutely concerned with that issue.

@CaseyV Have they given you a timeline for a delivery?
Thank you for the Welcome. My experience with customer service so far has been great. Having owned 4 Teslas and being in the process of canceling my order for the 5th, I have seen their customer service and build quality evolve from great to unacceptable. Lucid Air is a fabulous car. Based on some of what I am reading, my concern with Lucid is production. I remain optimistic and am happy to be a member of the forum.

Congrats! I ordered the exact same config and confirmed my order this week.
