I always thought Teslas were ugly, Lucid Air on the other hand is gorgeous.

To me, it all comes down to two key factors: software reliability/safety and charging network dependability. If Lucid ever gets its act together on both factors, they'll be miles better (no pun intended). Not yet, though, IMHO.

I have owned 4 Tesla, I was considering updating my wife’s Model X with the latest Model S, but their customer service was horrible, did I forget to say Horrible. The service center customer service, horrible.

They schedule for maintenance, don’t give you a loner, when you spent 100k on a vehicle, you scheduled an appointment for service, they take away your vehicle, and don’t even work on it, for a week, but they give you Uber credits, WTF.

Purchase and delivered, is horrible, in Orlando they are delivering on a mall parking lot, out of a beach tent. really. Out in the heat and rain. They are washing the cars, buffing, ect… out in a parking lot. Is embarrassing, looked like a sleazy used car dealership. And trade on current Tesla owners is a joke and insultin.

Lucid is way better than Tesla Model S in style - both inside & outside. Lucid has a terrific product. No argument there. But Lucid needs to fix the reliability issues on hardware and software. Issues that cropped up a year ago and was discussed in miscellaneous Lucid Forums should have been completely fixed by now. But that is not the case. As time passes, Tesla is not going to be the only competitor. There will be Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche and others who consider similar price point as their forte and have loyal following. That is concerning.
